remember

set the clocks back an hour

use the time to dot
my eyes and cross my tea

talk with old friends who
had left the room

tie knots in silk ribbons
around my waist

gypsy swirls and
floating tresses

dance until the future
catches up with me

  2. If you set your clock back an hour

You'd have too muchtime for your morning shower!

Remember, spring forward and fall back.

  4. Poignant. The image of talking with old friends who have left the room has really struck me. Your poetry really is a treat.

  5. I have a website - http://www.miriamwagler.com
    I always wear an apron.
I have a story someone emailed me, not a poem, but I'm sure comes from your poetry. Could I have permission to post it on my website?
Also could we share links? I will post you on my link page and perhaps you could post me somewhere.
    Thank you for your consideration,
    Miriam
